Medicaid Waiver Case Management/Integrated Support:

These programs assists individuals on the Arkansas Medicaid Waiver Program to obtain appropriate day habitation and assertive technology services.  Integrated Supports provide necessary supportive living so that a person can remain in the community. Vocational Maintenance helps to keep them employed on the job.

At the present, we have a total of 17 case management clients, 5 integrated support clients, and 3 vocational maintenance clients.

The counties we serve are:

    Craighead    Mississippi    Cross    St. Frances    Greene    Lawrence

    Fulton        Poinsett    Lee    Clay    Sharp    Randolph    Crittenden     

               and   Phillips

At the present there are 13 employees for these programs. The director for these programs is Rebecca Singleton.
